The Board of Directors of C.E.E.F., the City of Farmington, and the Dew Days Committee members shall not be responsible for damage, injury, loss, theft, or legal action that may arise or come to the exhibitor/vendor, your goods/property, or the public, from any cause whatsoever while Farmington Dew Days community festival premises are being occupied under this agreement.  By submitting this application, you are stating that you understand this agreement.
